[BUG][GAMEPLAY] Anivia q is not stunning sometime.

So basically, the q is right over the enemy, it explode and it does not stun the target. (happened to me multiple times). I could say that it happen at least one time each 2 games (if not more), so its a recurring problem. I know anivia is not a champion played alot, but thats really frustating that a bug like that affect the gameplay (even more considering that the skillshot is quite hard to hit on 1 v 1....)
