Game keeps glitching! (Weird bug)

In my games recently, I've been experiencing an odd glitch whenever I click with my cursor. In the first minute of the game or so, whenever I click with my cursor on the screen, my game will glitch for less than a second and then suddenly my character will teleport to a location near its original spot. This will happen every time I click with my cursor until about 1:20, in which I can move freely without my screen glitching. However, once I try to auto minions, the same glitch will happen, this time until 2:20. After 2:20, this glitch essentially stops, only occasionally happening when I click with my cursor near fountain or nexus turrets. This is a minor bug but very annoying, and I hope this gets fixed, because I want to be able to enjoy the early portion of the game and be able to have a good attitude instead of getting slightly tilted over a bug that occurs every game I play. I've tried reinstalling league of legends, restarting my client, restarting my computer, and even playing league on a separate laptop, but this bug continually appears, and I really hope you fix this.
