Random Disconnects for Spectrum Users?

There is apparently a current issue with Spectrum internet users that causes random, but fast disconnects and reconnects at random intervals during a match. I have been experiencing this, and the first statement of this post is a brief summary of the response I received after sending in a ticket. Anyone else have any insight on this?
