Team Builder Bug

I had joined a match as Graves ADC and when I had joined there was a Gangplank going Top lane and a Gangplank going Jungle so we had two gangplanks on one team. We all readied and we were waiting for another team but it disbanded the group, after a minute of messaging friends and them going "holy F*** two gangplanks?!" I went to join another match but it said "You can't join a match because the server says you are in one" or something like that and it said to quit the game and log in again. So I did as such and whenever I logged back in I have the "reconnect" button displaying as if you had exited a match and I click it but nothing happens.
