Matchmaking Problems?

Recently, I've noticed a lot of higher ranked players showing up in the normal games me and my friends play. Whether this is a bug or not, I'm not sure. There have been incidents where the team I am matched with in solo queue is all unranked, but is matched against golds and silvers.
