[GAMEPLAY] Annie's Tibbers is unable to hit the nexus

When Annie summons Tibbers, he is unable to auto attack the nexus.

1. Summon Tibbers (R)
2. Press R (or Ctrl-Right Click) on nexus
3. Tibbers does not attack the nexus, he just tries to walk into it.

I was using Panda Annie, though I don't think that matters.
