Very LOW LP gains

Hello, I have a question about my LP and wonder if something maybe bugged on my account. I have recently transferred BACK to EUW from playing in NA. When I was in NA, I was bronze 4-3. When I transferred back to EUW I was placed automatically into Silver 4. I cant remember if I have played games in EUW ranked this season on this account or not. I have been getting 4-8 points per win in Silver 4. Is that normal? I was used to gaining 14-20 points per win in NA. I have also noticed that I am being placed with 100% Bronze players, allies and enemies. I don't understand what is going on here. I hope someone can help me figure out what is going on :)

idk about the LP gains, but your rank has nothing to do with who you get placed with, that has to do with your MMR, so if you consitantly play amazing you will be placed with people in higher ranks, because generally a Diamond I will have a much higher MMR than a Bronze I

Well if you are experiencing low LP gains then that means that your MMR is much lower then the current league you are in. According to OP.GG you have around 751 when the average for you should be 1,158. So until you can improve your MMR by winning more games you won't gain the proper LP.
