[Gameplay] Draven axe bug

So i'm a Mastery 7 Draven and I play Draven pretty frequently. Now I encountered an issue while playing in PBE (URF) whenever I casted Draven's axes too much it would only see one axe spinning, slow the axes when spinning, or even stop the axes from spinning until you hit something and catch your axe. Now this usually happens when you click your axes too many times while you have 2 axes still spinning or that's what it looks like. This isn't really a big bug but it sure does BUG ME ;) because it confuses me if I have an axe spinning or not.
