RIOT, my client new client is bugging!

Hi Riot,

when the new client arrived, I downloaded it immediately, but, it was bugging like crazy! When I launch the game i come on login screen. that's where everything starts: the launcher is bigger then my screen so it doesn't fit in the limits. If I try to move it with my mouse by clicking on the top side and moving it left, the right side of the launcher disappears ( the login side) so I can't log in and need to restart my client. That's not where it ends, it keeps happening and I cannot make the client smaller or something ( or at least I don't know how). I can log in without moving my client but then it's still too big for my screen when i'm logged in and if I move it, the right side disappears. You may think it's not a big deal cause I can log in and start a game, but i cannot see the enemy team in champion select, I cannot change my mastery's and i can't see more things. It's really annoying cause it's not just lagg or something but a bugg, I think it's because the client is too big for my screen, but i cannot make it smaller ( not with the corners, otherwise i don't know how). I hope you can help me with this and if there are more people with the same problem, I would like to know. Greets <3
