Fizz Being Knocked Up While Mid E

During my game with a Blitzcranck, I was playing Fizz. While I was mid E, I was knocked up. I had a spectator to help confirm my suspicions. To repeat the process, just have a Blitzcrank knock up, or silence Fizz while mid e then knock up. This may be difficult to replicate, however it was noticeable twice within one game.
