RANKED GAME WITH ONLY 1 PERSON

my friend soucdagoose and jewcand fizz are in a game as i type this. but he cannot connect as well as 9 playing in the game. im watching a solo player : annie: push mid. how riot just how. all players are trying to connect. if a full team doent connect to a game you dont remake?? he is also in his promos so now he loses because this lone guy pushes it down mid???????? do something im posting a video on reddit
