Every other auto attack caitlyn does causes the game to count the bullet instantly hitting the enemy and then the animation happening shortly after. Basically a De-sync that lets Caitlyn look like she hits something instantly, but the game still does the animation and cannot attack again until after the animation is finished.

Yeah I notice this too it was hard to last hit at 1st but it ended up feeling like I attacked faster.
