Neeko staying in the running animation and can't basic attack [GAMEPLAY]

i was playing Neeko and after turning my form into jinx , pressed W and then R and while my R was channeling , enemy lulu used W (whimsy) on me and then i got stuck in the running animation and my health bar changed to 550 MAX base health even though i was level 10 , couldn't basic attack but i could use my abilities ( i was in neeko's original form while this was happening ). It got fixed when i changed my form into some other champion. I have the replay saved but i don't know where to upload it to link it xD it was the game where i was 16 / 5 / 9 , the bug happened in the 14th minute of the game , in case anyone is going to check the replay from my game history ( if that is possible )
