[GAMEPLAY] Katarina can't use q and recall

When you play katarina and you get ulted by a bard. After that ult time you can't use q anymore and you can't recall. After I you get ulted again you use the abilities again. So pls remove bard from the game or fix this bug fast. Bard is so bugged atm. Good luck with fixing
