So I have 2 friends that are banned with a 20 ban and we are trying to play by waiting the time that they are supposed to wait but everytime the blocked queue gets to a specific time it just restarts. We have waited 50 minutes and still nothing.

HONESTLY HOW MANY FUCKING POSTS WITH THE SAME THING ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BE MADE BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS OBVIOUSLY LONG-STANDING AND ONGOING ISSUE?
OP, submit a Support Ticket. Tell your friends to each submit one. And since they are more than content to ignore this issue (it's been over several months at the very least), I would suggest you submit a ticket for each time this happens. Not each day, EVERY single queue that fails, hit them with a ticket.
