Riot Fix Your Game

Okay so I've been experiencing this issue for a while now and it's really starting to piss me off, almost every other game I experience this issue where there is no League Client but simply audio and a black screen. I'm not sure how Riot wants me to play blindly and I also have a 20 minutes ban because of this issue. I've tried changing my display settings, messing around with my Nvidia control panel and everything. I even tried changing the game files! Nothing works and I just really want to uninstall!
