Patcher/Launcher screen completely white

After installing patch 6.5 my Patcher/Launcher screen is completely white, it still functions as I am able to press the area where the launch button would be to load the game, but its annoying. Also when the most recent update arrived I can't see when it has finished. I tried resetting my computer but this did nothing. How can this problem be fixed?
