My client doesn't show the first win of the day mission about half of the time

My client somehow doesn't show the first win of the day mission half of the time, past missions also don't show. I didn't get my exp for my first win today either. I got my first win yesterday, but two days ago it also didn't show up in the client. All this results in me still being level 31, I should've hit 32 by now.
