Lost 40 LP due to server bug from last night

I lost 40 LP die to server bug from last night where almost everyone in-game lost their games because almost no one was able to connect to the game after the game has started. People were able to pick their champions during champion select but when they went into the game-mode, it did not allow the users to connect to the game with the "connection errors / no internet errors" when my internet was completely fine and it was just the game server itself. I am sure I don't need to comment further regarding the issue because I know that there are countless people who lost their LP due to the exact same reason. I could not even join custom games and normal games yesterday but the ranked games cost me 40-50LP loss due to the leave and put me in Leaver Buster punishment. Would you please compensate the lost LP if possible or propose an alternative solution to amend the problem encountered last night due to sudden server bug? Thank you.
