Hello I have a problem about account transfer. when ı tried to be transferred ı am always encountering a problem like that ..( Account Transfer Status

Status: Transfer failed. You will be able to continue playing in the current region(turkey.) You account balance has not been debited. Your account has not been activated on the new region(euw.)

Reason:Unexpected error (9500) encountered during transfer. Please try again at a later date) pls help me .Turkish riot workers doesnt help me. what its mean this problem pls i am waiting your feedback. thanks.
