Champion Select, Draft Pick Freezing (Client)

While in champ select, my client will freeze causing me to miss my pick or bans. This happens in draft mode about three or four times a day. I have now lost LP due to it freezing in a ranked champ select. I am still able to see the chat and change my runes and masteries, but I can not lock in my champ. It usually happens while someone else is picking. The counter will show them picking and the timer will go down to zero, then nothing. It shows them selecting still, and then after about a minute. It catches back up to itself. I'm not sure what is causing it to do this. It does not happen every game but about 3 or 4 games a day. I have gotten leaver buster and lost LP due to it.
