No IP after game (logged out and back in, restarted computer, still nothing)

Played a 49:49 game as and never got IP for it. At first the game didn't even show up in match history. I logged out and logged back in, and the match showed up but with no IP awarded. After shutting down my computer I had the same result. I did not leave the match, get DC'd at all, and the match shows as a victory.

Is this my divine punishment for playing ? Pls forgive me .
