Error when loading the game

Immediately after each player loaded to 100% on the loading screen, the game crashed and gave me an error saying:

An essential game asset was not found when loading the game:

Diana

Anyone else having this issue affecting any other champions?

EDIT

After closing the client and restarting it, it says that there are corrupted files. However, I just downloaded the patch and have made no modifications (custom skins etc.)
