Can't create or join any lobby?

In every game mode, even co-op vs ai, itjust shows the error triangle. When I hover over it, there is no message, just a blank space. Tried joining myfriends lobby to see if that would work.

I DID get a notification for a queu dodge yesterday but the queu dodge wasn't actually there. Maybe that has something to do with it? I tried the hextexh repair tool, but that was of no use.

Please help
