Ashe's Q Toggle Indicator Incorrect

Hey I was playing Ashe earlier and I noticed that the indicator on my hotbar when my Frost Shot was on/off wasn't functioning correctly. Sometimes it was saying that it was on while it wasn't and vice versa. It was confusing at points. Just thought I'd let you know since I couldn't find a post already about it.
