I Yorick'd too hard

I wish I had a screen cap. Something happened in ARAM. I don't know what triggered it but as Yorick I ALWAYS had a war omen ghoul. If I died I would spawn back with one active with no health bar. He was targetable but couldn't be killed and still did damage. I had a Manamune, Basic boots, Iceborn Gauntlets and a Frozen heart when the issue started.
