20 MIN BAN INFINITE

i got a 20 min ban 5 times so i played yesterday 3 times and today i need to play 2 times i get on ranked and i press to play and i see 20 min ban so i played something on my phone for like 15 min and when i got back i saw that it was on 20 min again so i didnt know what to do so i waited and i ended up waiting 40 minutes for nothing then i got in normal and it was the same please help
