Won a game, it's in my client history, no credit for win.

I won my first promotion game, then won a second game and it still shows no credit. it says I have 1 win in my promotions. But, in my match history on my client, it shows the win, but the influence points part of it are blank. I'd rather not try to play another game to see if it will kick in so I can go ahead and get out of this promotion :)
