Sion Q and R not able to be activated [GAMEPLAY]

During a VS botmatch playing as Sion, about halfway through the match I could no longer activate my Q nor my R abilities. I tried rebinding the hotkeys to see if that would fix the issue, but that did not fix the issue. The buttons are not broken on my keyboard seeing as how I was able to use them in chat.
