PBE bug on RP/blue Essence

Normally you will get rp on pbe daily but was past 3 days than no rp got and for other thing blue essence previously ill reach to get a little more faster but now it's like stuck a bit (ok i have a lot of be but it's like stuck on that quantity or up just a little bit and slowly) my nick on PBE is Xaragon.
