In my shop, there are some weird pricing on skins such as an Arcade Ezreal costing 2230 instead of 1350 rp before the discount and a Steel Legion Lux costing 1765 rp instead of 975 rp before the discount. Is this a bug?

No. it is not. Because you dont have Ezreal (i think) so it is 1.350 (skin) + 880 (champ)
