[CLIENT] Getting kicked out of queue for "failing to select a champion"

I am getting kicked from champ select for "failing to select a champion". Even though I had a lot of time remaining I still got kicked. Also, happens when I have a champion selected, but not locked in. Anyone else getting this issue? It's lost me promos, and a few lp loss.
