Mac user issues... League ClientUX cannot be opened

LeagueClientUX cannot be opened because of a problem. This is followed by problem details and system configuration screen below. League has been working on my MacBook up until this update. Please help me.

I have a bad feeling that they may have retired service for 10.9 osx version. There are many reports on this. It really makes no sense if that's the case, it runs fine on 10.9 I don't see why 10.10 is needed for league, I can run league on windows 7 but not on 10.9 osx?
