Aram Champion Bots

I recently played two aram game and in both games there were champion bots sort of they didnt talk they would randomly flash and use their spells and they would group up in the between the turrets and only move when an enemy came close this was also true for the enemy team so i was stuck in a aram game for 45 minutes that should have only taken at max 25 all because my teammates and enemies were bots
