Hey, im playing in EU west server. Recently when i play normal game 5x5 i cant see my attacks, it shows that i uses mana but i cant see my attacks, teleport i allso cant see just straight away i go in base. I tryed to restart game and sometimes it worked sometimes no. Need for advice thanks :)

I think you mean your skills (mana used up) are invisible as well as your recall (ending up in base) animation?

Have you tried reinstalling the client? That should help.
