League Mininimizing when I hover the bottom left corner of my screen

Hovering over the left corner of the screen on my desktop (windows 7 desktop mode) with my mouse brings up a start menu for windows 8, however when I'm fullscreen in league and hover over the bottom left hand corner it acts as if I'm not in a fullscreen game and minimizes league. this is whenever i hover over the bottom left hand side of the screen. This has never done this before patch 6.1, I'm not sure if its my computer or league but it's nearly impossible to play on the red side due to moving the map in the bottom left hand corner. If you have experienced this and know how to fix it please help or leave a comment! Thanks.
