Champion Select Bug

So i went into a summoners rift with a friend and when we went to call lanes i called mid and no one was speaking. I asked my friend over skype and he said he didn't see my post. I posted 2 more times and still nothing. He only could see the post of one other team member in champion select. When we went into game we had a jungler (Jarvan IV) 2 tops (Garen and Wukong) and 2 mids (Ziggs and Yasuo) because no one could speak to each other. When i asked the Yasuo player he said he only saw himself talk. The Wukong player agreed that he only saw himself speaking in champion select. Is anyone else having this issue?
