Match Cooldowns

I joined the oceanic server to get the three points so I could get my name on the statue, but, when i went to join the game, it put me on a 30 minute cooldown for abandoning a match, the only problem, i didnt abandon a match. after playing a custom with the mates for the cooldown i went back to actually play when it put me on a HOUR cooldown, i want to play these three games, Im already disappointed Im gonna have to pay 20 dollars to get back to north america, plz riot dont make it for nothing, let me play.
