Aram Friend Stays in Loby

I invite my buddy to a game of ARAM ( we just had a crap time on SR), and I start the search. Its goin, I hit accept, and I'm given Garen. I start asking him if he thinks I should go heal or ignite. He asks what I'm talking about. He tells me he is still in the lobby waiting for me to start the que. I look and low and behold he isn't in my game. Luckily there is still time to dodge. I do. Now we have a 13 minute dodge timer because of a pretty big bug. We laugh it off, he loads up Markiplier, I write this bug report. We still have over 8 minutes. This sucks man.
