Ekko's mana growth stat that was implemented in patch 5.12 has not taken effect yet all the other changes have. His mana growth stat currently is 40 mana when it is supposed to 50 Mana like the patch notes say. I have reproduced this error many times with no change. Please look into it. Thanks.
Patch 4.20 implemented a change to per-level stat increases from a flat amount to a percentage of some amount. A champion will gain between 72% to 128% of their growth stat depending on their level.

This picture shows Ekko's total mana at each level. The values on the left are what I recorded in game and the values on the right are the expected values according to the math or whatever. At level 10, champions will get gain 100% of their growth stat which is 50 for Ekko.
