[GAMEPLAY] Leblanc's Ult's Q Mark Has No 0.8AP bonus!!!ONLY BASIC DAMAGE!!!
This bug has been here for months,some lb player found it months ago,anyone could test it in practice tool, you can find lb's ultimate Q damage is less than ultimate E,and less exactly 0.8AP.
For god sake,its 0.8AP,it is a extremely serious bug,besides Leblanc is still a popular champion,a POWERFUL mid in S8. How could this bug even exist for months????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

ultq+w ----- 210+(398)+420+(0,missing 0.8ap)+235+(596)=1859.for 100 mr,final damage=0.5*1859=930
its pure math,the difference between 1327 and 930 is 397,for 100 magic resist is 2*397=794 in AP.
Exactly 0.8*994(0.8AP)=795.
u can test uself and find the 0.8ap for ultq mark is missing
Some Chinese lb players mentioned this bug in https://tieba.baidu.com/f?kw=%E8%AF%A1%E6%9C%AF%E5%A6%96%E5%A7%AC&ie=utf-8 early in Dec 2018. As we all know Chinese client version is far lag behind NA client,so Chinese client today(1.1.2019) is almost the Nov version of NA client,and today's NA client still has this bug. OMG this bug lasts for 2 months? or even longer??
