Visual Glitches

Why is brush and invis glitching so badly. It seems to be worse since the patch. you go into a brush and the enemy can see you and then not. The enemy goes into the brush as you aa them and they instantly dissapear or the dont. Its like a coin toss. ive had it where ive seen people in areas that didnt have a ward just randomly. I dont know how riot can fix this but it makes the games extremely frustrating.
