Blitzcrank hook bug patch 7.22

Thats not a bug When blitz pulls there should be "space" but since he is very close to the wall there isnt any "space" for anivia to go in hence resulting that outcome.

Please dont post something that is said by Riot few years ago, or at least try to google first then upload it on forum
