[CLIENT] IP amount shown is bugged

Tried to buy Vi with 6300 ip a while back, I had to get about 6600 ip before i was able to buy. Yes, I did restart numerous times but it still didnt work. The purchase set me at about 100 ip, so I saved up once again to 6300 ip before attempting to buy both olaf and nidalee, but after buying olaf I once again was not able to buy nidalee despite having more than enough ip. http://imgur.com/uLRVkd2
