Sounds like this isn't a bug but a technical issue. Report a Bug is the section for more in game bugs like a champion not interacting properly. If you're having trouble with the patch, I'd make a thread about it over in Help & Support. Be sure to include as many details as you can about what happened so they can better help you with your issue. Alternatively, you can also submit a technical support ticket to get help from Riot directly.

Since this thread isn't about a bug, I'm going to go ahead and lock it, but feel free to make a thread on the topic in Help & Support or submit that ticket. Best of luck getting answers!
