Fiddlesticks E bounces to champions out of vision

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a "feature" of his ability, but I get really frustrated and confused when the crow bounces in 2 situations. Situation 1: I'm invisible. I recently played Shaco on ARAM and was baffled that I still got hit by a bounce when I was invisible. Is this the one eyed crow sneaking into league of legends? Situation 2: I'm in a bush. This also gets frustrating. It feels right to walk into a bush to cut off the vision of the crow so that it can't bounce, but I guess this crow spawn can see into bushes. Was this decided on purpose or is the crow programmed to just hit any hero within the AOE of the bounce?

I haven't paid attention to Brand ult in these situations, but I'll keep an eye out...
