[GAMEPLAY] Sion victory/defeat camera bug

This is a really simple bug that has been happening for as long as I can remember, pretty simply, if you are using Sion's ultimate while the game transitions to the victory/defeat thing over the destroyed nexus the camera will move back to wherever Sion was before Steps to reproduce:

1. Use sion ultimate
2. During his ultimate surrender or win the match
3. Success This happens every game if you are in ult with sion as you win/lose/remake

tldr: be in sions ult while you win and it glitches
