Attempt to join queue Failed (Client)

Wanted to play TFT. as i start finding the match it worked but didnt not get connect to the game as the client was there but blank. Awaited 5 mins to see wether it will be okay which didnt. Restarted the client and tried finding a match again. And Error came which stated "Attempt to join queue failed" and to wait for a few minutes and try. I did after several minutes but its the same. There is a large number of bugs after the new patch which includes alot of frame drops , freezes , disconnect and more. Plz try to configure and fix these bugs as soon as possible. Thanks Riot!
