Hi, Recenlty I started to play cassiopeia. I don't know if I did something bad or what but when I q spell + e spell my e doesn't cast... The ennemi is in my ranged, i'm not in cd I press e but he doesn't cast... I'm the only person who happen thisproblem?

perhaps it was a bug? Sometimes this game just "stops" randomly for some situations, for example I was playing malzahar a while back and I had full hp and mana, no one but me and a evelynn, I ult and it just randomly stops, i didnt click away, or double click the ult just stopped mid ult. or champions randomly stop walking when you click on the map to "fast travel" instead of scrolling up to click to lane. Once I was playing twitch and i couldnt click on the enemy champ. then later i could. If its a recurring bug send word to rito
