Client keeps crashing or will stop updating while updating to patch 5.22

Everytime I try to update my client nothing happens and starts with 33% causing it to scan the files and every time it stops scanning at a random number so I have to restart, I've done this several times and it only crashes a lot of the times giving me a bug splat, I don't know what to do please help.(NOTE:when it stops updating I wait for an hour and nothing happens)
